So the name of the woman that CA. assemblyman Michael Duvall referred to when he stated, “She wore eye-patch underwear…” has been identified as Heidi Barsuglia.
Barsuglia, pictured below, is the mistress that apparantly had Mr. Duvall dripping from her as she walked up and down the stairs, according to the hot mic that Mike thought was off on Thursday.

Michael Duvall, in case you didn’t know is the assemblyman for the Yorba Linda, Fullerton areas of Southern California. He has since resigned since the ‘hot mic’ incident aired on the local news yesterday stating it was unfair to his family, the state as well as his colleagues on either side of the aisle.
Well at least we know our elected officials are doing such important work there in Sacramento on the budget situation as well as the numerous other issues facing the Golden State lately that he doesn’t want to distract from that.
